September’s Featured Farmer / Producer - Eplegaarden

 It has been so much fun to re-connect with some of my favorite farms. Last month it was sweet corn at a local farm, and now my favorite time of year is fast approaching! FALL!!!

You know what that means….APPLES!! At St Charles Station for the month of September we are going to be featuring an amazing 4-course apple menu from a farm I have been visiting since I was a kid. Eplegaarden!

Located here in Fitchburg, they have some of the best apples I have ever had. I wanted to share them with you in a special menu showing all the different ways to use them!

I hope to see you sometime soon this month. We even have a featured cocktail with apple cider right from the farm!
