March’s Feature - Local Craft Cheeses

March at St. Charles Station is all about Local Craft Cheese. Wisconsin is famous for cheese, but what really makes it special are the people behind it, the makers who turn great milk into something memorable. This month we’re featuring a tasting of some of our favorites, built into a cozy, cheese-forward four course experience that still feels perfectly St. Charles.

Our 4 Course Featured Menu is $50 and each dish is also available à la carte at the listed prices. Everything is available gluten free, and with a few thoughtful substitutions, each course can be made vegetarian. Pair it with our featured cocktail, Flower Power, for a bright, floral complement to the menu. Reservations are encouraged.

As always our specials at St. Charles Station are available gluten-free, with options available for vegetarian substitutions as well.
