November’s Featured Farmer - Garden to Be Winter Squash

This month at St. Charles Station we’re delighted to shine a spotlight on our friends at Garden To Be — a dynamic local distributor and platform for small farms right here in Dane County. Headed by Scott Williams, Garden To Be has grown from a five-acre vegetable farm into a hub supporting dozens of farms, hauling over a million pounds of fresh produce annually from the region’s best growers.

With their commitment to sustainable, locally-rooted, flavor-forward produce, they’ve helped us design a seasonal menu that celebrates vibrant, farm-fresh ingredients in every course — and stays entirely gluten-free. Join us this month and taste the bounty of Garden To Be and our kitchen team in each dish.

As always our specials at St. Charles Station are gluten-free as is, with options available for vegetarian substitutions as well.
