January’s Featured Food - Urban Farming
I love this state! (Most of the time😂)
I love that in the middle of winter, we can still source so many local and amazing products. I wanted to show that this month at St Charles Station with 7 different local producers and farmers.
All this month, you can try what makes Wisconsin so delicious. From produce like SuperCharge! microgreens and Alsum Farms potatoes, to protein like Heritage meats and Rushing Waters trout. All the way to cream from Sassy Cow and eggs from Yuppie Hill.
We even have a cocktail made with spirits from a local distillery - Great Lakes, and it is made from local cranberries!
