April’s Feature - Riemer Family Farm Eggs

This month, we’re proud to feature Riemer Family Farm of Brodhead, Wisconsin. The Riemer family has been on the same land since 1927, and today Bryce and Jen are carrying that tradition forward with real care for the animals, the land, and the food they raise. That kind of stewardship matters to us, and it’s exactly the kind of farm we love to support.

At St. Charles Station, we’re always looking for ingredients with a story and a sense of place behind them. Riemer Family Farm’s eggs are a perfect example. They’re beautifully fresh, full of flavor, and come from people who are deeply committed to doing things the right way. We’re excited to build this month’s Featured Farmer menu around them and to share a little of their story with you.
