May Feature - Spring Flavors
Spring is here, and even if the local fields are just beginning to wake up, we’re already craving food that feels fresh, bright, and full of the season ahead. This month’s feature brings together spring flavors with a St. Charles Station touch: a coconut-laced Tom Kha, sweet pea risotto, smoked chicken with charred vegetables and chimichurri, and a lemon trifle to finish.
Our 4 Course Featured Menu is $50, and each dish is also available à la carte at the listed prices. All items are available gluten free, and each course can also be made vegetarian with thoughtful substitutions. Pair it with our featured cocktail, the Spring Fling, made with Death’s Door gin, fresh basil, raspberries, limoncello, and tonic. Reservations are encouraged.
As always our specials at St. Charles Station are available gluten-free, with options available for vegetarian substitutions as well.
